In 1924 Laulund 'Engineering' began to design, fabricate, install and maintain low- and high-power electric industrial applications.
Thereafter Engineering expanded into other engineering disciplines, including mechanical, industrial, manufacturing and construction.
Engineering primarily serves The Laulund 'Group' subsidiaries.
Engineering prefers to act as the general contractor, managing the project and bring in specialised engineering firms to deliver various project components.
Whereas critical activities are always performed in-house, within subsidiaries, to ensure the highest standards in design, performance, productivity, solution elegance, and capability.
Subsidiaries rarely use the Laulund name, in preference for subsidiaries to remain standalone on-going-concerns in preparation for potential future investment / divestment considerations.

These FAQ are exclusively relevant to Laulund Engineering
Laulund 'Engineering' is internal customer facing within The Laulund 'Group'. Therefore, if you are external to the Group, you should directly approach the specific Group business that you wish to discuss, rather than Engineering per se.
If you are in direct contact with a duly appointed and authorised representative of Engineering per se, then you should direct your communication to that person. Fortunately very few people attempt circumvention. But for those who do, our team productively internally communicates, thus attempts to circumvent one of our team members, is usually directed back to that same team member, who may raise this issue with the circumventor. We consider the circumvention attempt and any project delays caused by that attempt, as violations of our E3 policy. Which means the person attempting to circumvent is damaging them self, potentially causing their relationship with us to be terminated. Relationship terminations have occurred in the past. Please just focus on getting the project done, before deadlines, and under budget, as this will give you the best rewards.
If you are in direct contact with a duly appointed and authorised representative of Engineering per se, then you should be a contractor, and as such there is no reason for you to pay money to that representative, in any manner whatsoever, without exception. The act of asking for money, is in violation of every Engineering representative's role, again, without exception. If that representative is asking you to pay them money, then you know that THEY ARE FRAUDULENTLY MISREPRESENTING THEMSELVES. THEY ARE NOT A DULY APPOINTED AND AUTHORISED REPRESENTATIVE OF ENGINEERING PER SE. DO NOT PAY THEM. AVOID THEM. PLEASE REPORT THEM TO US AS PER OUR WHISTLEBLOWER PROTOCOL, INCLUDING YOUR EVIDENCE.
Laulund 'Engineering' per se exclusively serves The Laulund 'Group' portfolio businesses.
Engineering's portfolio businesses may serve those outside the Group, however Engineering per se does not.
Please refer to the portfolio businesses directly, should you wish to hire them.
The most senior executives working within Laulund 'Engineering', do not work within Engineering per se, rather they work for the Office of Michael Laulund.
All other employees working within Engineering, work either within The Laulund 'Group' portfolio of businesses, or more specifically within an Engineering portfolio of businesses, where the Engineering portfolio is a subset of the Group portfolio. These businesses all mutually support each other, and collectively support the Group mission, which is manifested in Laulund 'Alimenta', the Group's economic development and humanitarian foundation.
Therefore, to work on Engineering projects, find your most suitable position anywhere within the Group portfolio, given your skills, expertise, and experience. Engineering project teams are often multidisciplinary, drawing employees from the Group's portfolio, necessary to achieve the task at hand. This has the added benefit of giving Group employees greater scope for personal vocational growth, while they remain within traditional career structures; purposeful flexibility and optionality within sound stability and intentional development.
Group employees are also encouraged to allocate part of their work time to charitably supporting Alimenta. As a Group employee, you could elect to join an Engineering project, that supports an Alimenta program or project. This is not an option for those outside the Group.
